With over 15 years of experience as a Leadership Consultant, Trainer, and Executive Coach, I’ve had the privilege of immersing myself in the dynamic worlds of business management and people development. My journey began with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and culminated in a First-Class Honours in Business Management from Monash University. My thesis focused on exploring how organisations navigate the complexities of assessing organisational learning processes and outcomes.
Throughout my diverse career spanning Australia, India, and Scotland, I’ve embraced Learning & Development (L&D) challenges, delivering training to culturally diverse groups. I’ve especially enjoyed working with senior executives, entrepreneurs, emerging leaders, and women in leadership roles.
My expertise isn’t just theoretical; it’s grounded in hands-on experience. I’ve spearheaded advanced leadership development programs, facilitated retreats, and provided coaching feedback to senior and mid-level managers. As an accredited MBTI® Practitioner, I seamlessly integrate human psychology into crafting effective training programs.
I bring strategic insight and a collaborative approach to the table, assisting organisations and their teams in navigating the path to success. At heart, I’m entrepreneurial, always questioning the status quo and seeking more effective ways to achieve desired outcomes.
Life’s an adventure, right? Along my journey, I’ve founded a Bollywood Dance Company, led Organisational Change initiatives in the IT arena for ANZ, and worked as an Assistant Director on Bollywood feature film projects in India. I’m also a certified yoga instructor and meditator, infusing Eastern philosophy into my work for a holistic approach to leadership and development.
